For the serious music collectors among you and for those who might be just curious . . . . we wanted to let you know that one of Ralph’s first recordings is currently being auctioned on EBay – a soul number called ‘She Just Sits There’. This tune was never officially released and distributed and only a limited number of 45’s were produced. ‘She Just Sits There’ has become a favorite among soul fans, DJ’s and club goers overseas – particularly in England, Scotland, Ireland and Australia, where there has been a rebirth of passion for soul music (see sample comments from fans at the bottom of the page), particularly soul performed by the ‘lesser knowns’. These circumstances have resulted in making the 7” vinyl one of the hottest among record collectors Click to see EBay Listing . The bidding for this rare original is currently at close to $ 700 (U.S.) with 35 ‘watchers’. Bidding is scheduled to end this Saturday, April 23rd.
Over the past two years, Ralph has been interviewed by journalists from the U.S. and abroad, as well as by British radio celebrity, Kev Roberts who broadcasts his award winning radio program ‘The Northern Soul Hall of Fame with Kev Roberts’ to 13 million listeners throughout the British Isles. Kev has recently been involved in producing a new CD collection of soul music with the original performers, including Ralph with She Just Sits There called the 'Northern Soul of New York'.

Hi Ralph - awesome record mate, I bet you never envisaged it would sell for around $1500 when you made it! How many copies do you have for sale - is this your only one? Cheers Pete (Perth, Australia)
Wow, hi ralph, Unfortunately can’t afford to bid on your great tune. This is a massive dance floor sound at the minute . . . one of my faves. Still looking good if that’s your pic mate . . . must have danced 50 times to this tune. Take care and all the best ..woz..soul fan
Hi Margot
Anyone know where I can get a copy of ‘She Just Sits There’ awesome slab of soul, if you ever re-release it, would go down a storm in some quarters.
Hope Ralph and all are well. Thanks for the music

I attend Spiritual Life Center (Sacramento, CA) and last Sunday, Ralph Graham, a fabulous talent from Massachusetts,
sang at SLC . . . I had not heard Ralph's name or his magnificent voice before, though he is a seasoned professional and sings the kind of music that Baby Boomers can appreciate. Find myself playing his CD over and over again. K. Smith, Sacramento, CA
Hello Ralph, I'm just emailing you to tell you what a fantastic record "She just sits there" is. I want to thank you firstly for enabling me to hear such a fantastic record, and also for giving me the rare chance to purchase it. I'll most certainly bid on this 45. Kindest regards, Mark
Hi Ralph,
. . . This record is my all time favourite. Every time I hear that piano intro my heart skips a beat. It is without a doubt my most prized possession in my record collection the BEST record by far. I have had two copies over the years. I sold my first copy when times were hard which broke my heart and waited 6 years to find another. It just melts my heart every time and my partner loves it too.
I play it at every venue when I DJ and it has become a classic in my home town of Aberdeen Scotland..All the people at our Soul nights know this off by heart now and sing along to it. I also play your RCA track ‘What am I to do’ superb 70’s sound and the Differently ...Sussex lp is absolutely awesome too... I hope you are well and look forward to seeing you perform in the UK sometime..Try and stop me coming to see you. Keep up the good work and keep it soulful.
Regards and thanks Richie
